Passionate about helping others find balance, strength, and inner peace, Kevin is a certified Yoga instructor and guides students through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation practices that support both physical and mental well-being. With a warm and encouraging teaching style, they create an inclusive environment where students of all levels feel comfortable exploring their practice. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Kevin is dedicated to helping you build confidence, flexibility, and a deeper connection to yourself both on and off the mat.
Kevin brings a diverse background in movement, strength, and mindful practice, with experience in Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Original Hot Yoga, playful flow-based yoga, Mat Pilates, Aerial Gymnastics, and Body Sculpt training.
His teaching style is approachable, supportive, and refreshingly down-to-earth. Kevin creates a welcoming environment free of judgment, pressure, or preaching, allowing students to explore their practice at their own pace. Drawing inspiration from the Mysore tradition, he encourages personal growth through mindful movement while offering thoughtful modifications and hands-on assists to help students build confidence, improve alignment, and deepen their understanding of each posture.
